(My husband) Can teeth ache cause pain in ears? have pain in top mostly and possibly lost a filling on bottom tooth. Major Ear ache!
Tooth ache and Ear ache?
YES a tooth that is bad in one way or another can cause your ear to ache or vise versa
it happens to me on a daily basis because i am saving money to go to the dentist and untill then it is lots if ibuprofen.
tell him to take an asprin and put it on the tooth that hurts and let it desolve and put a HOT (as hot as he can stand) wash cloth on his ear it will help alot tell him i feel his pain and i hope he gets it taken care of soon

Reply:i would say so if the pain caused by the tooth ache is strong, it could affect the sensitve ear drum. much like a tooth ache can cause one's head to hurt. also could be just a coincidence that they hurt at the same time.
Reply:This was actually one of my national board questions. Ear aches can arise from pain in lower posterior (back) teeth
