it is on my right back bottom tooth and ever time i chew on it.it is really sore

You probably have got a cavity. You need to go to your dentist and get a filling.

ibuprofen will help, possibly try clove oil topically in the mouth.





However ultimately you WILL HAVE TO SEE YOUR DENTIST.


there is no sensible alternative. you may have a pulpitis, which if left can completely destroy a tooth and may even affect the bone of the jaw, causing disease in surounding teeth.

If you ment you want ache away without cash money for dentist then the only option you got is some channle lock pliers, vise grip pliers, or a knife. I dont think you can do it man. Can you get your hands on some moraphine, demarol, or any other heavy narcotics? I am sorry if you live in a place that has no dentist. If you do ,ask again and I will help you find something. Your on a computer with a phone line or cable Tv? Go to the closest dentist.
