I have a really bad tooth ache !?

I told my dad but he ignored me.He says its too expensive to go to a dentist but i am feeling a lot of pain and i have a migraine headache now.I dont know what to do ! any suggestions ? or remedies to take away the pain...also my tooth and 2 others have holes but a part of this tooth has cracked off.

It sounds like a nerve is dying in your tooth. This could lead to a serious, life threatening situation. Amp up the drama to convince your dad you need to see a dentist. Ignoring it won't make it go away. Show your dad the hole, chip or whatever. In the meantime, take 4 tablets of Advil if you are not allergic, as well as 2 tablets of tylenol. This will not take away 100% of the pain, but don't take more. You can take another dose of Advil in 6 to 8 hours and another dose of tylenol in 4 to 6 hours. This should help things feel somewhat better, but not perfect. The second dose will be more effective
Reply:Depending on what state you are in they have dental hospitals which are cheap or free. Failing that oil of clove rubbed on the sore tooth will help.
Reply:Try explaining to your dad that it would be cheaper to fix the problem now than to wait until it is worse. Totally true, too.

Reply:I had the same problem i had a hole in my tooth as well, maybe you should try explaining to your dad that its extreamly painful. Do you have any type of insurance maybe that can cover the cost of your dentist visit.
Reply:I'll try to be here for ya... I don't know how bad it is I've never had a toothache but if it really hurts that bad ignore your dad and find a way to get to a dentist. When you use remedies to get rid of the pain they don't always last long... Until you find a way to go to a dentist, you kinda need to if it hurts to bad, use Oragel I think you can find it at Walgreens. I'll try to be here for you. Whatever it takes... GET TO A DENTIST!
