i m 23 years old male i work 7 days a week and aproximatley 60 hours ,smoker,very skinny

There in nothing wrong with u except you have a toothache and need to go to the dentist to see what the problem is. YOu have made it to 23 without a toothache so u must have some good teeth, but now its time to go to the dentist as you should have been all along to keep your teeth healthy

Reply:Maybe a cavity? I'd also assume smoking doesn't help your teeth, but I doubt it's a large issue here. Everything else is just other misc. info about you that doesn't really have anything to do with your teeth or why they're hurting. If they continue to hurt, I'd suggest going to a dentist to get it checked out.
Reply:You need to go and see a dentist. I realize that while working 7 days a week you will have to take a day off but let me tell you that a toothache can be horrible pain and it will well be worth the day off to see a dentist who will x-ray and do whatever needs to be done to the tooth that is causing you the pain!! In the mean time take 800 mg motrin (ibuprofen) If the tooth is abscessed you need to go on to the dentist so he can start antibiotics to clear up any infection before he works on the tooth! It normal at you age to get cavities. You must have regular check-ups with your dentist!!
