For about 3 weeks now my girlfriend has had tooth ache pains and headaches.can anyone tell me whats wrong?

At first when she told me I figured it was her wisdom teeth coming out since she hasn't gotten them removed yet . I'm a little concerned though . she says her teeth hurt and sometimes she gets very bad headaches as well . I figure it's normal with wisdom teeth but she also says her jaw hurts , but when she shows me where it hurts she's showing me under her chin and pretty much the bottom of the jaw.





Is this normal for wisdom teeth? I remember only my teeth hurt when my wisdom teeth started to impact.





She made an appointment for the dentist but they only had time for next week . Can anyone tell me some things to do to ease the pain for her in the mean time?





she's only been taking tylenol for the pain but it doesn't work very well .

Reply:she should try taking the Motrin pills, I think if you take 4 of them every 6 hours for a couple of days you will be fine. i got that perscribed to me after surgery and it's like the equivalent to that so i am sure it is fine.
Reply:Sounds like wisdom teeth are coming in. Terribly painfull. Headaches, mouthaches. Ice chips and tylenol help to relieve the pain a little. Get her to the dentist asap.
Reply:motrin might work better since its and anti-inflammatory drug. tell her to take one at first and if she gets no relief after 20 min to take another

Needs (probably) an antibiotic.

Too many delays and overburdened/under staffed.





That is why we need reform...throughout.
