Sure, no-one like going to them, they hurt you and charge you alot for it. But you have to decide if the constant level of pain you're feeling now is worse than spending a few bucks and a bit of short term agony to get rid of it.


Hint: Although they hurt too, get an injection (or two).

if any infection we should go for antibiotic therapy simply u can use analgesics or some med.tooth pastes

Then for preventing toothaches brush your teeth, especially the back molars, after every meal. Be sure to use a fluoride toothpaste

Reply:first visit your dentist to evaluate your case...cause you will never know what causes the pain. there are sensitive teeth which are relieved with some commercialized toothpastes, there are cavities in the cervical part of your tooth - just above the gingival margin - tooth abraded from excessive force from brushing and using hard bristles. That case should be covered and restored with composite resin to allevate the sensitivity.





tooth ache from extensive cavities should be restored. Taking analgesics would relive the pain for a while but only for a temporary relief. you should have it restored or if its beyond restorable have it endodontically treated.
