How to get rid of a tooth ache?

I think I got a cavity on the left side of my teeth.

Go to the dentist
Reply:Take some ibuprofen or tylenol, and see your dentist as soon as you can.
Reply:sounds silly, but blow on your thumb for 20 secs. For mild pain it works, for bad pain, it may reduce it

Reply:You can take pain relievers, but they wear off and the pain will return.





Only a dentist can fix the tooth.





Beware of taking too much/too many pain medicine/pills. Even advil or tylenol can cause liver damage if you take them too much.
Reply:ibroufen/ whiskey. get it taken out by dentist. or try the string and cavity block method. would advise pain killers before attempting that though.

Reply:Best to go to a dentist. You cannot get rid of a toothache yourself. In the meantime, take some Advil or Tylenol until you can get an appointment.
Reply:Get a coffee cup and squeeze a half of lemon..then add a few cloves of garlic and crush them in the lemon juice, add some salt...take cotton and soak it in this formula and apply to the area of the tooth. Wallah, your pain will be gone.





Also, chew an onion for five minutes in the area of the tooth..this helps a tooth ache too.
