Started 48 hours ago. Left side bottom teeth start hurting then top teeth. The pain is so bad!!!! Lasts for about 20 minutes at a time then goes away for an hour or so. Its just unreal...I've never had pain like this. Going to the dentist tomorrow so I'm beside myself in pain as I wait. Has anyone else had this? What was it and why does the pain come and go?
Help....I have really bad tooth ache...I think?

Reply:Use warm salt water it will help with the pain it sounds like you have an infection
Reply:Try applying an ice-pack wrapped in a damp cloth.
I have not had what you speak of, but oh how I know the misery of a tooth ache :(
