Try calling these people. They do a lot of medical stuff for free. I don't know if there's one near you, but it never hurts to find out.

They're a non-profit community health center. I have a cousin that had a tooth pulled and says they are really good and he only paid around $20.
Reply:go to your local hospital thay will deal with it
Reply:Your local hospital and N.H.S walk in centres do emergency treatment but unless you're exempt you will have to pay N.H.S costs.

They don't do full dentist treatments mainly just stop pain and extractions, there is no way to get dental treatment free unless you have a tax credits exemption card for dental treatment
Reply:Is there a university nearby? I had a dental emergency once and no money and the dental school at the university took care of it for nothing. An emergency clinic WILL charge you.
Reply:Go to A%26amp;E. If you think you can get by till tomorrow try either putting an aspirin next to the tooth and let it disolve, or get a broad spectrum antibiotic like amoxicillen. Take two amoxicillen three times daily for the first two day...then take one three times daily until you are left with 6 capsules. Take the last 6 six capsules like you did the first ones, in one day. It worked for me.
Reply:could go to A %26amp; E if pain is excruciating - could be an abcess - needs to be treated or can lead to septicaemia - doc can send you there. good luck - but do it.!
Reply:for tooth ache i advise you to use clove oil which you can by from chemists. and for gum bleeding rinse your mouth with lukewarm water with some salt in it, or you can go to your walk in centre they shouldn't charge you.
Reply:Try flying to cheaper country.I am doing this some times. You'll find even better doctors in some eastern Europe. And flight will cost about 50-60 pounds...
Reply:Do your gums bleed generally or just in the area that you have toothache?

If the tooth is tender to tap then you probably 90% chance have a abscess.

If you have a hole in the tooth then you may have an abscess, both of which you will need antibiotics, your GP could give them to you, however this is just a temp me sure and you will need to see a dentist.

If you have generalised gum bleeding then you will have the beginnings of gum disease, flossing and warm salt water will help.
Reply:All the e.r will do is give u pain meds and antibiotics. You probably have an infection in the tooth, therefore you would need the antibiotics. Toothaches suck....Try taking advil for pain and swelling and since tomorrow is friday and the weekend will be here you need to call around to different dentist offices and let them know your situation and find out if anyone would help you out with a payment plan. good luck..
Reply:You really should sort out your priorities!

How do you know you can't afford the treatment? Have you enquired or are you just guessing?
Reply:try doing it yourself
