Tooth ache for a week straight!?

I have about 4 teeth in my mouth that are causing extreme pain in my mouth,I went to the dentist but it cost way to much money to get them pulled and filled... what should i do,oral gel doesnt work,over the counter asprin doesnt work, and i went to the er and they prescribed me percocet 7.5mg's for the pain and that doesnt even work, and it seems like when i take the penicillin it makes the pain even more worse,My speech has been differant,because of all of this pain..I think there may b something more serious going on in my mouth. what should i do.. PLEASE HELP!!

It look like its something to do with your gum more than your teeth i think i might be the nerves of you gums going to your teeth . You should just go to your local doctor and he might give you something etc. I hope my answer has helped you ! .
Reply:You really need to get them worked on. Ask the dentist if you can get a payment plan. Many dentists will work with you.
Reply:ur best bet is to go to the dentist and ask him/her. they will be the best at it. cause they went to school for it... u also might just have to have it pulled and filled

Reply:4 teeth. What is going to happen is your are going to end up with a bad abcess. And trust me you haven't felt pain until you have a abcess. Due to the lack of insurance what you could do is go to a county hospital or some dental school let their students do extractions for free if not very low prices, and they are pretty good. The toothaches are not going to go away so you must have them removed. Oragel and those products are only temporary relieve. Its like taking tylenol for a broken bone.
