Does anyone know any good remedies for a tooth ache?

I am looking for some good remedies for a tooth ache? Unfortunetly I can not afford dental insurance and the dentist is high priced for me to go and see him. Therefore I have to resort to doing something until I can save up some money and see the dentist. Desperately need solving.

www.DentalPlans.com

Clove oil at walmart in the toothpaste section. It will numb the pain.

I can't afford dental care either but here is a web site to check out to get prices on discount plans. This will cut the price in half on the total bill. Most dentist let you pay payments too so try that aswell. One tooth should cost you between $60.00 to $200 if it is a small cavity. You can alway get a price from them before you pay for the work. Dentist have different pricing so do your homework, call and ask. One last thing, I paid $150 dollars for a family and that includes the x-rays and cleaning for free.
Reply:200 Mg Ibprofin. It will help with pain and any inflammation that might be going on. But get into a dentist as soon as possible. It might get worse if you don't get it checked out.
Reply:Anbesol... may help. Go to any grocery store and ask a pharmacist. =]
Reply:Ibuprofen will certainly help. You really need to get to a dentist. Most dentists will provide a payment plan. A tooth filling does not cost that much. It could certainly turn into something much worse.
Reply:yea if u go to a chemist and ask for tooth ache and rub it on the tooth other wise try brandt or whiskey good luck.........
Reply:The longer you wait the more serious the issue can become. I tooth you might be able to save could be lost if you wait to long to have it treated. (1) If there is a Dental College near you call it's "Out Patient Clinic"...they provide Free to very low cost dental services. Or, call the hospitals near you and ask if they have a dental intern program for recent dental college graduates. If they do they usually also provide free to very low cost dental services.
Reply:I have been through this, it's crummy to have tooth pain, can't eat, etc...

Try "esgic" or esgic plus, these are Rx meds. Ask your dentist to perscribe....Most docs don't know this drug, don't know why......many years ago, a neurologist recommend it to me for migraines....

However, it is great for tooth pain also. No side effects, maybe a bit drowsy....

Be sure you have food with it...as with any medication. Take care friend....
Reply:have the ******* thing pulled
