Tooth ache + pressure ??

My wisdom tooth has a crack in it, a very big hole, lately i have been feeling pressure in my head , having sinus pressure, bloody nose, sometimes its hard to swallow, do i have an infection, can it spread, how serious should i take this?

sounds like infection if not the start of one ~ best to get the tooth taken care of ASAP ~ either capped or removed which ever your dentist thinks would suit you %26amp; your tooth best. Yes this can be very serious infection from your tooth can spred into your sinus cavities %26amp; even into your brain. The sooner you get this taken care of the better

The symptoms you are experiencing tells me you ought to go visit a dentist. I would say removing the wisdom tooth should do the trick. You might also need to tell your dentist the symptoms you have been experiencing, he/she might be in a better position to advise you too.
Reply:get it taken care of ASAP..the infection i have in my tooth now came from a root canal..an it causes so many other problems..it started up my migraines an it's just not worth ignoring..go to the dentist..he'll give you antibiotics if it is infected and after that..get the bastard pulled..dont let them give you a root canal because you'll pay for it a few years down the rode, like me..get it taken care of as soon as you can..trust me..
