Very Bad Tooth Ache :(?

I have had a very bad tooth ache that was on the bottom but now seems to be on the top. it hurts more then anything i have ever experienced. I have broken my arm, and my back but this does not come close. I have tried taking 400mg IBU Profen, they last about 2 hours.. same for the Tylenol 500mg. Vicodin is great too but the pain is still there. I do not have insurance or any money. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as it has already been over 2 weeks and i cant take it anymore.

It sounds like you have a bad tooth infection, I understand you don't have insurance but i strongly suggest you see a Dentist, if you can't afford a Dentist and have no insurance then go to a free clinic or go to the emergency room (they can't send you away, they have to treat you and if you don't have insurance many hospitals have programs to help those that can't afford to pay for medical).

Hope this helps.
Reply:maybe you should go to the denist it would help much!
Reply:See your dentist. For the pain, you may need something like Percocet. It was prescribed for a friend of mine after an extraction that she had and it works wonders. Ask your dentist to prescribe some
Reply:It would be possible that you have a cavity, cracked tooth, or other dental issue. However, having this on both bottom and top would lead me to believe that perhaps you are clenching your jaw very tightly together, which can make your teeth hurt very badly. You may not even realize you do it, but if you feel I may be right, try to be more aware of your bite, and keep trying to relax your jaw so you do not clench your teeth. Buying a mouth guard incase you are clenching or grinding at night would also be recommended.

If you don't have insurance, I'd strongly suggest you apply for a government sponsored insurance like medicaid.
Reply:are you sure it is a toothache, or is it muscular. i had what i thought was a toothache on my molars, but the pain got so bad, i couldnt move my jaw because i was clenching my teeth at night so hard, that i was causing muscles to cramp. try a wet, warm washcloth on your cheek. that helped my situation. good luck.

  1. Chronic pain is very severe and this affects people's life, long known to people who suffered from a strange disease, were strong back pains, which were intense and not let them work, as was what they said were the doctor and he prescribed vicodin, hydrocodone, norco for pain, but knew it was a very powerful medicine, and moreover, anxiolytics, and worry that they were doing things that previously did not like eating too much, smoking, etc, and read in findrxonline that this drug is well and that we must be very careful with their use, and everything must be under medical prescription.
