Tooth/Ear Ache...?

Okay, so I have a tooth ache, and an ear ache. I think my ear ache is coming from my tooth ache, cause sometimes with tooth aches, your ear hurts too. So I was wondering if anyone knows a way to calm the pain in my tooth long enough until I can see if I can go to the dentist tomorrow.

I've already tried tylonol to ease the pain, but it didn't help me much. So, please, if you know of any other ways, I'd be glad if you tell me.

Tooth/Ear Ache...?
Ibuprofen, an anti-inflammatory, probably would be better than Tylenol; warm salt water rinses; applying Orajel topically; valerian capsule(s), available at health food and/or drug stores (can be taken along with ibuprofen); putting a whole clove next to the tooth, or applying diluted oil of clove; and applying "Vicco vajradani ayurvedic medicine for gums and teeth," available in East Indian stores. Good luck!
Reply:ice might help numb your face. try ibuprophen, it helps with swelling too if you have that going on...be sure and see a doctor. if u have an infection it could spread to ur brain!!
Reply:HOW MUCH TYLENOL? THEY HAVE 800MG MEDS OUT THERE ITS 'PERSCRIBED' BUT YOU CAN ALSO JUST TAKE 4 INDAVIDUAL 200MG'S... BUT FOR THE MOST PART ITS HARD TO STOP TOOTH ACHE PAIN LIKE THAT... SOUND SLIKE YOUR WISDOM TOOTH
