Tooth ache?

will a warm wash cloth or somthing like that help?

Tooth ache?
Go to the dentist.

Nothing is going to make the problem go away unless you see your dentist. He will either suggest a root canal or an extraction--I would prefer the root canal. Gotta save the pearlies.
Reply:Probably not. Your best bet is to go out and buy some Orajel. That'll get rid of it instantly.
Reply:You can get a gel that will relieve the pain temporarily but make sure you get in to see your dentist as soon as possible. It may vary from just a small cavity to a root canal. I work in the dental field and we have plenty of people come in with tooth aches that need root canals, extractions etc. Hope this helps. ;-)
Reply:well for tooth ache you can take a pain killer like ibubrufen or apply clove oil to it if not available than you can bite on a clove for an hour or so and can rinse mouth with lukewarm water and salt, consult your dentist before infection spreads further and you require Rct or Extraction .
Reply:Actually, a cold compress works best. A warm wash cloth can make the pain worse. Other home remedies are as follows: a steeped tea bag pressed on aching tooth, clove oil which numbs the pain, orajel or any tooth pain reliever, and extra strength tylonel. These are only for temporary relief and your ache could be a result of a more significant problem. I would see your dentist soon, if possible!
Reply:No, if you get some orajel and then visit your dentist that is the best thing to do
